She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy George Jr. and Bernadine George (Hicks); and her daughter Deanna Beck. She is survived by: her daughters, Camille Davis and Amber Beck of Cherokee, NC; her sister Denise George of Cherokee, NC.; her grandchildren, Kaydence Davis, Xavion Davis, Benjamin Davis, Aaliyah Davis (Ali), Alex Taylor and Averie Taylor; her uncles, Arthur Lee Hicks of Cherokee, NC and Steven Hicks of Gastonia, NC.; and her nephew Dewayne G. Hicks (Karla Winstead) of Cherokee, NC.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Long House Funeral Home (407 Wolftown Road, Cherokee, NC 28719). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
