He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stancil Jumper Sr. and Nola Long Teleskie; his wife Lillian Toineeta Jumper; his children, Arneach Toineeta and Barbara Jumper Catt; his siblings, Azure Jumper, Nellie Jumper and Leona Bird; his grandparents, Ute, Betsy Jumper, Adam and Polly Smoke Long; his daughters, Linda Jumper (Sam) of Cherokee, NC and Tammy Gibby (Owen) of Cullowhee, NC.; his grandchildren, Doug Jr., Jeff, Remy, Stephanie and Mattie; his great grandchildren, Raynee, Timpson, Tamika, Marissa, Cassandra, Tamara, Kaylee, Kaniah, Jalen, Tala and Timothy; his great great grandchildren, Lillian, Edward, Sarah and Kylo; and his close friends, Tony and Kelly Deese.
