He was predeceased by: his parents, Stillwell Saunooke and Martha Owle (Long) of Cherokee; and his daughter Lila Saunooke. He is survived by: his wife Clara Saunooke (Bird); his sons, Daniel Saunooke of Cherokee, NC and David Saunooke (Terri) of Anaheim, CA; his grandchildren, David Joseph Saunooke, Brenna Marie Saunooke and Peyton Marie Saunooke; and his cousins, Joyce Bradley and Jackie Bradley of Cherokee, NC.
