It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Frank Dockery of Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Dockery and Cora Franklin Dockery; his wife Christine; his daughter Janet Tanner; and his siblings, Steve, Albert, Roy Dockery, Lena Owens and Ethel Hillard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Rankin (Ted) and Tracie Thomas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
