She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Allen and Geneva Johnson Smith; and her siblings, Edgarita Smith Ensley (Charlie Ensley) and Ray Smith. She is survived by: her husband Paul Ensley Sr.; her children, Tawania Ensley (Tracy) and Paul Ensley Jr. of Cherokee; her grandchildren, Christian Ensley, Shannon Albert, Jalyn Albert and Ayla Ross; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Ensley and Christoph Ensley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
