She was predeceased by: her parents, Lehua Joan Walkingstick and Darrell "Dragon" Taylor; and her grandparents, Russell Tooni Jr. and Mary Lou Feather. She is survived by: her sisters, Marilyn Walkingstick of Cherokee, NC, Emma Perez (Oscar) of Sylva, NC and Cecilia Perez of Sylva, NC.; her grandparents, Gracia Taylor and David "Smurf" Taylor Sr.; her uncles, Cecil Walkingstick of Cherokee, NC and James Walkingstick of Cherokee, NC; her aunt Marlene Armachain; and her nieces and nephews, Tylan Walkingstick, Christian Perez, Ariella Silva, Anayeli Maney and Uwoduhi Silva. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the BIG Cove Pentecostal Holiness Church (135 Long Branch Rd, Cherokee, NC 28719). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
