He is survived by: his mother Lois Ann Gibby Baker; his sisters, Teresa Hardin (Terry), Joy Acker, Rhonda Smiley, Crystal Slivers and Donna Earwood; his stepsisters, Lisa Foster and Teresa Wilson; and his nephews, Zachery (Kanon Acker), Justin Hyde, Richard Harris and Jan Barnett (James Sertain).
