He is survived by: his sons, James Harvey Smith, III of Cherokee, NC and Adam Smith of Cherokee, NC; his siblings, Timothy Ray Smith of Cherokee, Clara Calhoun (Morgan), Shirley Swayney, Elain Armachain, Jessie Lopez (Salvador) and Tiney Reagan (Harold); and his aunt Dorothy Ledford. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
