He is survived by: his brother Jack Walkingstick (Mildred) of Cherokee; his children, Chris Walkingstick of Cherokee, Emily "Sissy" Bird (Jonah) of Snowbird, Janielle Wells (Geoffrey) of Murphy and Crystal "Punk" Walkingstick of Snowbird; his nephew Nathan Walkingstick of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jennifer Carey (Jonah) of Cherokee, Dorian Walkingstick (Ashley) of Cherokee, Alex Bird of Snowbird, Ryen Bird of Snowbird, Tyra Bird of Snowbird, Jennifer Spalding (Eric) of Murphy and Stephanie McCollum (Johnny) of Murphy; his great grandchildren, Shania Woodall, Payden Carey of Cherokee, Easton Spalding of Murphy and Keilan Bird of Snowbird; and his pets, Buddy, Sampson and Ellie. He is also survived by many aunts, two uncles, and numerous cousins.
