He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wachacha and Dinah Teesateskie Wachacha; and his brothers, Anderson "Andy" Wachacha, Reno Wachacha, Dempsey Jumper, Leroy Jumper and Josh Wachacha.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lakey Wachacha; his children, Megan Wachacha (Jose) and Herman Wachacha Jr.; his stepchildren, Scott Lakey (Katie), Shawn Lakey (Grey) and Stone Lakey (Samantha); his sister Cindy Wachacha; his grandchildren, Elijah Wachacha (Timiyah), Maritsa Wachacha (JayDee), Trinity Kirkpatrick, Jordan Wolfe, Tara Wolfe, Jose Martinez and Kristian Martinez; his child Lindy Wachacha; and his great grandchild Travis Wolfe. He is also survived by Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
