She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Anderson and Myrtle Trull Anderson; her husband Frank Hall Dickey; and her siblings, Charles "Buddy" Anderson and Ruth Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Dickey (Christine) of Murphy, Melissa Lynn (Herbert) of Powder Springs, GA and Wanda Nelson (Rich) of Irvine, CA; her siblings, Lowell Anderson, Lewis Anderson (Earlene), Irene Earls, Elizabeth Gladson and Carolyn Taylor (Marion); and her great grandchild Myles. She is also survived by one great great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Logan's Run Rescue and Thrift Store, 3000 U.S. Hwy 64 West, Murphy, NC 28906 or to the Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 6 Deweese Street, Murphy, NC 28906.
