She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Carlisle, Kelly W. Carlisle Jr., Alisa Carlisle, Suzanne Pennington, Cheryl Cole and Wayne Carlisle; and her siblings, Charles Howe (Patricia), Bob Howe, Steve Howe, Peggy Cates and Jayne Brewer.
