He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hicks Magness; his children, James Robin Magness of Clarkesville, TN, Shannon Katherine Ramsey of Wilmington, NC and Charity Magness of Andrews; and his sister Rebecca Woods of Andrews. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
