She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lambert and Sally Lambert; her husband Edward R. Rowland; her son Albert Eugene Rowland; and her siblings, Marcel Lambert, Carolyn Robinson and Peggy Lambert.
She is survived by: her children, John Edward Rowland (Carolyn) of Asheville, David Lee Rowland (Jane) of Cherokee, Doris Ann Howard of Franklin and James Donald Rowland (Donna) of Bryson City; and her siblings, Clyde Lambert, Buddy Thomas Lambert, Earlina Lambert and Jonnie Ann Lambert. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home (669 US-19, Bryson City, NC 28713). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
