He is survived by: his mother Tiney Toineeta of Cherokee, NC; his siblings, Sam Toineeta of Murphy, Henrietta Armachain of Cherokee, NC, Janet Hutchins of Spindale, NC and Wilma Jackson of Mill Springs, NC; and his stepsisters, Brenda Toineeta Pipestem of Tulsa, OK and Susan Toineeta.
