He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe James and Virginia R. James; his brother Anthony Hanak; his stepbrother Steve Hanak; his wife Juliet Bitancur James; his children, Charles Joseph James III (Trey) and Melissa Ann Eager (Kevin); his stepsons, Brandon David Franks (Shannon) and William Bitancur; his grandchildren, Alexis, Trevor, Jessi, Dusti, Austin and Shane; his siblings, Julie James Craddock (Bruce) of Port Orange, FL and Nelson Hanak of Franklin; and his stepsiblings, Robert Hanak (Sandra) of Melborne, FL and Rose Robinson (Dick) of Ohio. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
