He is survived by: his parent WillaBelle Birchfield Adams; his wife Virginia Lee Guffey Adams; his children, Tim Adams (Wendy) of Andrews, NC, Anthony "Tony" and Angel Adams Massey (Jake) of Sarasota, FL; his brother Stanley Adams (Kae) of Andrews, NC; and his grandchildren, Lillian Massey, Ellie Belle Adams and T. J. Massey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
