He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Haight and Jim Morrill; his brother Max of Charlotte; his grandparents, Joan and Bill Inscoe of Newton; his uncles, Ralph Alexander, Barbara Haight, Shane Jones, Lynette Inscoe, RaeAnn Hennes, Rob Inscoe and Paul Cucci; and his cousins, Ryan Cucci, Kathleen Cucci, Laura Gerlock, Gioele Giomarelli, Kate Alexander, Callie Inscoe, Joseph Inscoe, Tyler Inscoe and Preston Inscoe.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Trips for Kids Re-Cyclery, 1132 N Caldwell St, Charlotte, NC 28206.
