He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Downer and Lola Downer (Faulkner); and his nephew Peter Martin. He is survived by: his wife Michele Seely-Downer; his daughter Candy Teague (Jason); his grandson Jase Avery Teague; and his sister Helen Martin (Simon).
