It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Cody Claypool (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Boyd Claypool. He is survived by: his father Cody Claypool; his wife Shebra Claypool; his daughters, Alyssa Eudy (Garrett) of Rockwell, Katie Billington (Morgan) of Charlotte and Keley Brennan (Jim) of Huntersville; his grandchildren, Samuel, Betsy, Joseph, James and William; and his siblings, Bruce (Linda) of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Cindy (Terry) of Rockwell, Kathy Helvey of Concord, Tina Claypool of Harrisburg and Susan Claypool of Concord.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation in honor of Bill's deep pride in having cruised every last inch of the Parkway on his motorcycle.
