He was predeceased by: his parents, Lallubhai Desai and Rukshmaniben Desai; and his wife Jayshree Desai. He is survived by: his sons, Kedar and Malhar; his daughters-in-law, Sheetal and Ketaki; and his granddaughters, Mira and Sophia.
