With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Joseph Vasquez of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Vallejo, California, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Ruth Phelps and Philip Jaime Vasquez; and his siblings, Suzy Proffitt, Paul and Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his sons, Tommy (Brook), Philip (Angie), Aaron (Allison) and Jay; his sister Linda Rice (Janice); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Madilyn, Ruby, Owen, Bryson and Parker.
