He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Kardos; his grandparents, Edward and Ann Lopez; and his uncle Eddie Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Lori Kardos; his children, Cheyenne Kardos and Cooper Kardos; his stepfather Michael Henriksen; his brother Rich Henriksen; and his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Chase, Montana, Morgan and RJ Henriksen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.
