She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel McCauley and Rosella McCauley; her siblings, Mary Boyce, Sarah M. Bartley, Gladys McClellan, Rosa Inez Grier, Samuel McCauley and Charlie McCauley; and her son Jeffrey Hunter.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Rucker of Atlanta, GA; her sister Frances Gaither (James I.) of Charlotte, NC; her sister-in-law Maggie McCauley; her granddaughters, ShaRonda Strickland (Marc), Cristel Edwards (Korey) and Lakisha Gaffney (Philip); and her great grandchildren, Mikeala Morgan (Greg), Kristen Rucker, Kamryn Edwards, Kaelyn Edwards and Korey.
