We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2024, at the age of 74, Sudesh Bala Shah of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Mahendra Shah; her children, Sanjay, Dipali, Neetu and Ashok; her grandchildren, Sahil, Rhea, Rohan and Megan; and her siblings, Ramesh, Anil and Neelam. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
