He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin W. Duncan and Sarah Wingate; and his siblings, Richard Duncan and Vivian Elizabeth Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Nadia Duncan; his children, Wendy Schultz, Stephanie Tanner and Stephen Duncan Jr.; his grandchildren, James Ross, Denna Suchonic, Mason Duncan, Austin Duncan and Walker Duncan; his great grandchildren, Karalyne Ross, Kendall Ross, Ayverie Suchonic and Alyse Cochrane; and his siblings, James Duncan, Scot Duncan, Gayle Hales, Donna McTyre, Carole Dulin and Tricia Griffin. He is also survived by 2 aunts, his cousins, sister and brothers-in-law, his nieces and nephews, and spouses of his children and grandchildren.
