She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kozel and Mary Orenick Kozel. She is survived by: her husband Bob Desch; her children, Michael R. Desch (Elizabeth), Karyn A. Jensen (Michael) and Christopher M. Desch; her grandchildren, Michael Desch, Jr., Kathryn Desch, Patrick Desch and Christian Jensen; and her siblings, Gary Kozel (Mary) and Mary Ellen Law (Michael).
