She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rice and Eleanor Rice; and her husband James L. Summer. She is survived by: her daughters, Saralyn E. Summer of Atlanta and Ellen Stensrud (John) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Thor Stensrud (Megan), Patuxent River, MD and Saralyn Stensrud of Raleigh, NC; her sister-in-law Barbara Green of Nashville, TN; and her nephews, Jim Green of Nashville and Bruce Green (Beth) of Dayton, OH.. She is also survived by her husband and daughters.
