With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah C Dobbins (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Col. John P. Dobbins; and her sister Barbara Ulevich. She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Dobbins and Pam Kentner; her granddaughters, Beth Brinkman (Chip Brinkman) and Tracey Wooster; and her great grandchildren, Banks Brinkman, Bo Brinkman, Wes Wooster and Will Wooster.
