He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Lipscomb and Ruby Tate Lipscomb of Dallas, NC; and his siblings, Mamie Lipscomb-Pressley, James Lipscomb and Theodore Lipscomb.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Marie; his children, Kevin Lipscomb (Gina), Jeffrey Lipscomb (Blonsie) and Kimberly Lipscomb; his granddaughters, Brittini, Alicia, Shondale, Shadarra, Cierra, Taylor Marie, Shannon and Shatavia; his great grandchildren, Kaliyah, Kingston, Cameron, Mariah, Abria, Jo'Siah and Carter Samuel; and his siblings, Rena Lipscomb, Phyliss Ann Reid, Iris Anderson (Patrick), George, David and Bobby Lipscomb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Second Calvary Baptist Church (114 Nelson Ave, Charlotte, NC 28216). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
