He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Jane; his wife Barbara Boylan Wiley; his brother Jim Wiley (Sarah); his daughters, Marie Wiley Wade (Lance) and Lynn Wiley Ames (Daniel); his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Crawford (Doug), William Bogle, Jr. (Monique), Callie Wade Murray (Corbin) and David Russell Ames; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Rose Crawford and Robert Jack Crawford.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on behalf of Russell to the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford.
