With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronnie Lindsay of Charlotte, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 75. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Ronnie may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Lindsay and Eugene Mobley; and his cousin Katrina Lindsay. He is survived by: his daughter Sherika Jones (Timothy); his grandchildren, MyQuaria Jones and Timothy Jones Jr.; and his siblings, Angelia Sellers, Jeanie Ferguson, Sherry Bates, Ann Coleman (Willie) and Ricky Livingston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the A. E. Grier & Sons (2310 Statesville Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206).
