He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Locklear (Lori), Donald Locklear (Linda), Minnie Pearl Locklear, Magenell Oxendine (Arnold) and Joann Demery; his aunt Ludahlia Cummings; his cousin Mary Lee Locklear; and his close friends, Dodson, Herman, Milton Ray and Joe Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, amazing cousins and friends.
