He is survived by: his wife Nancy Schmidt; his children, Susan, Steve, Tom (Janet), Jan (Dan) and Peggy; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Reid of Bogue, TJ, Karlee, Courtney, Eliese, Nicole, Taylor, Morgan, Brianna, Hunter and Alec. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
