He is survived by: his wife Sherri McCormick-Smith; his daughters, Courtney and Avery; his siblings, Shauna "Nadine" Simmons (Donnie) and Sidney Smith Jr. (Gretchen); his sister-in-law Rachelle Flowers (Juan); his father-in-law Hubert McCormick; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Tori Simmons-Lewis (Keon), Maya Simmons, Lauren Smith, Adam Smith, Joshua Smith, Jaden, Evan and Ian Flowers; and his great-nephew Kaleb Lewis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
