He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Lygia Wicker (Richard), Wayne Cooke, Jr. (Dawn) and Caroline Cassells (Bryan); and his sister Mary Mathes. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
