With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Harrison Nichelson (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on June 24, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Edward Nichelson and Emma Morrison Nichelson; his wife Jessie Louise Stirewalt Nichelson; his granddaughter Brittany Michelle Nichelson; and his siblings, Dorothy Cranford Sutton, Johnny Nichelson, Charlie Nichelson and Martha Enslow.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn N. Erwin (Billy), Cathy N. Dover and Robert H. Nichelson II (Rita); his grandchildren, Brad Erwin, Blake Nichelson and Natalie N. Howell (Eric); his great grandchildren, Zachary Erwin and Hannah Lucero (Gabe); his great great grandchildren, Peyton Lucero and Gabriel Lucero Jr.; and his sister Margaret Anne Lemonds (Jerry).
