With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard David Long of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Conover, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on April 29, 2024 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Long and Rebecca Long; his sister Elizabeth; and his children, Christopher and Ashley.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mason, Savannah, Grayson, Emma Grace and James; his wife Tiffany Long; his children, Ritchie (Allison), Casey and Kristen (Brian); and his pet Charlie.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Head & Neck Cancer Alliance in his memory.
