He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah Morehead and Ethel Morehead. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Maria Ann Green; his daughter Bliss; and his siblings, John, Sylvia and Melva. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church-Old (3301 Beatties Ford Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
