He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bannister and Johnnye Bannister. He is survived by: his wife Kathy McClure Bannister; his children, Brandi Risley (Korey) and Jason Bannister (Ashley); his grandchildren, Colt, Cooper Risley, Knox and Kinzley Bannister; his siblings, Vicki Davis and Tim Bannister (Kim); his mother-in-law Shirley McClure; and his brothers-in-law, Steve McClure (Maria) and Ray McClure (Trena). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
