He is survived by: his children, Tina Norman (Michael) of Huntersville, NC and Reverend Donald Alexander (Seronica) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Deion, Taylor and Alex; his siblings, Willie Martin Alexander of Lancaster, NC and Patricia Funderbur (Jimmy) of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Artiest Bell Johnson and Joseph Gaddy of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
