She is survived by: her husband Donald Pazicky; her children, Melodie Dichito, Dale Robb and William Robb (Linda); her grandchildren, Rebecca Combis, Melissa Bitsura (Mark), Danielle Dichito Spalding (Eric), Morgan Dichito and Taylor Robb; her great grandchildren, Matthew Robb, Anthony Combis (Katie), Gabby Bitsura and Thea Bitsura; and her great great grandchild Giovanni Combis.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or the Alzheimer's Association in Phyllis's memory.
