He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt K. Peters and Mary L. Eck Peters Kinney. He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne M and Michael K; his nephew Jonathan; and his nieces, Jessica, Stephanie and Candace. He is also survived by six grand-nieces and nephews; two very special aunts; many Cousins and close friends.
