He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Webb and Anita Young Webb; and his wife Charlotte Warren Webb. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Warren Webb (Susan), Paul Edward Webb, III (Cheryl) and Douglas Young Webb (Renee); his grandchildren, Deborah Webb Sanders, Douglas Gavin Webb (Liz), Jennifer Webb MacPherson (Evan), Christopher Bryce Webb (Katie), Paul Warren Webb, Shelby Webb Foltz (Zac), Kelsey Webb Percy (Spencer) and Brittany Anne Sanders (Tristin Blake); and his sister Anita Webb Mays.
