He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bujak and Anna Bujak of Hazleton; his wife Nancy Natafalusy Bujak; his sister Joan Resuta; and his son-in-law Rick Moffett.
He is survived by: his children, MaryAnn Bujak Collura (James) of Fort Mill, SC and Christopher Bujak (Jennifer) of Harrisburg, NC.; his brother Joseph (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, MaryAnn Stefanick, John Natafalusy (Lynn) and James Resuta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
