She was predeceased by: her husband George Kujawski; her brothers, Joseph and Robert Przywara; and her granddaughter Kayla Alvino. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Alvino (John), Karen Rosecrans (David), Gregory Kujawski (Maria), George Kujawski (Jennifer), Patti Porcelli (Tom) and Elizabeth Dulin (Brian); her grandchildren, John Ryan Alvino, Melinda Loesch, Brett Knight, Anthony Kujawski, Amy Mulligan, Luke Kujawski, Noah Kujawski, Danny Kujawski, Jimmy Kujawski, Kiersten Johnson and Taylor Porcelli; her great grandchildren, Giavanna Dior Bullock, Jackson Alvino, Peyton Knight, Sydney Knight, Michael Loesch, Henry Loesch, Holden Kujawski, Andrew Mulligan, Nolan Mulligan, Jackson Mulligan, Kaleigh Johnson, Ryleigh Johnon and Jordon Johnson; and her sisters, Barbara Chan (Francisco) and Dorothy Przywara. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society or the Children's Tumor Foundation.
