She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Thompson and Lois Thompson; her husband William Joseph Dixon; and her siblings, Patricia Ann Greene, Judith Annette Burnette, Beulah Marie Hancock, Gary Carson Thompson and Ray Lanier.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dixon, Lisa Jones and Tim Dixon; and her sister Lynda Sue Thompson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
