He was predeceased by: his parents, Raybon Crew and Ruth Crew. He is survived by: his wife Mary Exa Walker Crew; his children, Amy Michelle Crew and Scott Christopher Crew (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Felicia Sutton, Jamie Sutton, Nikolis Sutton, Emmett Crew and Ellory Crew; and his sister Vicki Crew Strong of Cedartown, Georgia..

In lieu of customary remembrances, the Crew family asks that donations be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
