She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Frate and Kathleen E. Frate of Charlotte, NC; her sister Francine F. McNeill of Las Cruces, NM; and her son Christopher. She is survived by: her husband Charles Menninger (Chuck); her daughter Nicole (Niki); her son-in-law Jonathan Manke; and her granddaughters, Olivia of Charlotte, NC. and Amelia of Charlotte, NC..
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Home (5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (6828 Old Reid Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be donated to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
