She is survived by: her children, John Castano (Valerie), Cindy Castano Swannack (Chuck) and Ted Castano (Denise); her grandchildren, Morgan Castano Petty (Kyle), Jordan Castano, Zack Castano (Andie), Christopher Castano (Reagan), Olivia Castano Wade (Nathan) and Ryan Castano; her great grandchildren, Overton Petty, Cotten Petty, Davant Petty, Bobbi Castano and Hunter Castano; her sister Vicky Walter DePalmer; her friends, Eric and Renee Bevin; and also, Renee and Leigh.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Weddington, where they enjoyed attending the last few years together.
